About Me

I am a counsellor with 38 years of experience, an Advanced Diploma in Counselling and a BA (Hons) Degree in Modern History and International Relations. I offer a comprehensive range of professional - yet friendly and caring - counselling services and have counselled countless people from different backgrounds (See TESTIMONIALS below and 120+ Google Reviews). 

My background has given me very good personal experience of couple, marriage and family relationship issues and I specialise in relationship, marriage and couple counselling.

Highly Experienced and Qualified Counsellor

With an AQA Advanced Diploma in Counselling, I am a supervised, accredited member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.

I have a rich experience in counselling large numbers of individuals, couples and families in my private practice. I have also worked as a GP's counsellor at Lakeside Surgery in Corby, am an experienced prison counsellor and have carried out family counselling for Northants Social Services.

Sessions with a Personal Approach

At Resolve Counselling I offer a personal approach to everyone – as we all have different needs and issues. My counselling is integrated – combining Person-centred, Psycho-dynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also use the Myers-Briggs Psychometric Profile for assessing different personality types.
